Jhoulys “Xcruvz” Chacin is a Founder & CEO of Fusion Esports. While Jhoulys leads Fusion’s brand and direction, he is also actively playing in the MLB as a pitcher for the Colorado Rockies. With a passion for gaming and entertainment, Jhoulys sought to enter the esports industry with longtime friends, Jwaken & Dazu, to someday build a top brand in competitive gaming and entertainment.

Daniel “Dazu” Mazzeo’s love of gaming first struck with Counter-Strike, exploring the esports industry ever since. Proudly leading the wave in Fusion Esports as a Founder & CEO, Dazu has grown the organization to be one of the largest in his home country of Venezuela.
Hector Orozco

Héctor “Jwaken” Orozco founded Fusion Esports together with Dazu and Jhoulys. Jwaken has always held a love for gaming, and as a former event coordinator for brands such as Razer and Nvidia, maintained devotion for the gaming community. In November of 2019, Fusion was a result of that vision, to have Jwaken pursue his dream of developing the world’s largest multi-cultural brand in competitive gaming and entertainment.
